Storyboarding as a research tool
Content | How can I sketch and draw my own research storyboard? Excellent researchers are specialised in knowing every detail in one specific field. Brilliant researchers may even create stories out of their research and are able to tell them to an interested audience. Although science communication is of greatest importance for the career of the young scientists and the whole society, it is not always so easy to convey the content in a exciting way and that’s why it’s not always a success. The importance and significance of science communication has to be in focus of the researchers and the education of young researchers. Every scientist should be able to convey his or her research anyway. The full design process from sketching your own research layout to creating a story out of it will be covered. The hands on storyboarding workshop starts with pencil and paper, drafting ideas to wrap up the things in a compelling story to be told in the media, in a film or a presentation. |
